Who is Evan?

Hi gentlemen. I am a 23-year-old writer from Austin, Texas. I love wine, impractical shoes, semi-pretentious literature, NPR (I have the hots for Kai Risdal, host of Marketplace), and crossword puzzles. I have a serious addiction to Thai food and when I’m hungover I like to drink Perrier straight from the bottle.

My livelihood is entirely dependent upon my ability to be creative, so passion is important to me. Favorite sources of inspiration include art exhibits, caffeine, bowling and sex.

In addition to having an affinity for smart men who wear designer jeans and own impressive record collections, I also fancy the ladies (No, we don’t want you to watch us makeout. Please stop asking). I know the ins and outs of dating women, and I understand both the allure and the frustration. I also tend to get myself into a lot of trouble, not because I’m terribly naughty, but because I’m completely honest. I hope you’ll enjoy my adventures and advice!
